Jason Hall serves as Chief Executive Officer of Lumelight, joining in 2024 to advance the company’s mission of becoming a leading provider of employee benefits regulatory compliance solutions. Previously, he was CEO of Benefit Resource (BRI), where he expanded product offerings and geographic reach to establish the company as a national leader in employee benefits during his ten-year tenure. His prior experience includes leading corporate development for a multi-billion-dollar division of Carestream Health specializing in medical imaging systems and serving as vice president at a private equity firm investing in founder-led businesses. Jason has been recognized for his leadership with the BenefitsPRO Luminary Award (2023) and as a Rochester Business Journal 40 under 40 Honoree (2013), and holds degrees in economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester.

Ramesh Raghunathan serves as Chief Growth Officer at Lumelight, bringing 30 years of experience focused on delivering innovative technology-driven solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving profitable revenue growth. As a co-founder and business leader of CXC Solutions, he has spent the last 16 years in the healthcare benefits space architecting compliance solutions and managing enterprise clients, where he sets strategic product direction, drives client acquisition and manages strategic channel partner alliances. Ramesh is deeply experienced in the healthcare benefits industry, specializing in compliance solutions that help organizations navigate complex regulatory requirements. He holds an undergraduate degree from IIT Mumbai and a Ph.D. from the University of Florida.

Shiva Shenoy serves as Chief Information Officer at Lumelight, bringing over 30 years of experience designing, managing and scaling complex IT systems across industries. He leads the Product and IT teams overseeing HIPAA-compliant platforms that support compliance automation, claims processing and back-office efficiency, delivering scalable cloud-hosted solutions on Amazon Web Services. Before joining Lumelight, he co-founded CXC Solutions where, as CTO, he developed innovative platforms for benefits administrators. Earlier in his career, Shiva held leadership roles at i2 Technologies in product development, offshore delivery and partner channel sales. Shiva earned his undergraduate degree from IIT Kharagpur and holds a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering & Engineering Mechanics from Iowa State University.

Terri Gonzalez serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Lumelight, bringing over 25 years of experience shaping people strategies for organizations ranging from Fortune 50 firms to private equity-backed companies. She leads all people-related initiatives including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation, organizational development and leadership growth, with a career spanning diverse industries and global organizations including Greenway Health, WellDyneRx, Wipro and HealthPlan Services. Terri is known for her ability to connect business goals with HR strategy while building high-performance, inclusive work cultures and creating talent strategies that help organizations thrive through major transformations and organizational changes. She holds an MBA in Human Resources (cum laude) from Tampa College, a BA in Social & Behavioral Sciences from the University of South Florida, and several professional certifications including SHRM-SCP and advanced credentials from Wharton Online and Brown University.

Bob Radecki serves as VP of business development for compliance consulting at Lumelight, bringing over 30 years of experience in the HR and employee benefits industry helping employers navigate complex compliance matters. As founder and president of A.E. Roberts Company, a nationally recognized compliance consulting and training firm, and later as founder and principal of Benefit Comply, an industry-leading compliance consulting firm, Bob has established himself as a leading expert on benefit compliance issues including COBRA, FMLA, ERISA, and health reform. He is frequently featured as a speaker at industry events and conferences, sharing his expertise on employee benefits compliance issues through numerous speaking engagements and published articles.

Jennifer S. Berman serves as Chief Legal Officer of Lumelight, bringing extensive experience as a leading employee benefits attorney and compliance consultant who has helped numerous employers navigate the complex world of wellness plans and employee benefits regulations. As CEO and cofounder of MZQ Consulting, LLC, she has built a benefits compliance and ACA reporting firm specializing in ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, IRS Code, and the ACA, establishing herself as an expert on healthcare reform and legislation. Jennifer is a sought-after speaker and commentator featured in major media outlets including NPR, Newsweek, The Wall Street Journal, and Forbes, bringing a unique perspective as someone living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. She holds a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and an executive MBA from Loyola University Maryland, and has been named a Maryland Rising Star in Employee Benefits/ERISA by Super Lawyers for eight consecutive years.

As Chief Financial Officer of Lumelight, Matthew Thompson brings over 15-years of executive financial leadership in various areas of the healthcare sector such as payor/provider, managed care, tech-enabled services and pharmacy services. With a sharp focus on sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and fiscal transparency, Matthew oversees Lumelight’s financial strategy, budgeting, and performance management. His disciplined approach to financial stewardship supports the company’s mission to deliver scalable, compliance-driven solutions with measurable impact. Prior to joining Lumelight, Matthew served as CFO at several prominent healthcare organizations, including HealthSmart, Payer Compass and StellusRx. In each role, he played a critical part in navigating complex financial landscapes, executing growth initiatives, building resilient financial infrastructures and ultimately maximizing enterprise value. Known for his collaborative leadership and results-driven mindset, Matthew is committed to aligning financial excellence with Lumelight’s broader vision of transforming healthcare compliance and reporting.

Fasahat Zaidi serves as India General Manager at Lumelight, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience across operations, client management and business excellence. He oversees Lumelight’s India-based teams, ensuring high-performance service delivery and consistent execution for global clients. His background spans benefits administration, BPO and HRO operations with a focus on continuous improvement, client satisfaction and operational quality. Before joining Lumelight, Fasahat spent over a decade at Conduent as Director of Client Advocacy, where he managed complex client portfolios, led cross-functional teams and implemented Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive efficiency. He also held leadership roles at Aon Hewitt, Steria and EXL, supporting clients across North America, EMEA and APAC. Fasahat holds an MBA and a degree in economics and is a certified Lean and Six Sigma practitioner.
